I am focused on supporting you and your organization in presenting and teaching on leadership topics that we jointly decide are right for your organization. Mastering and applying leadership principles is a continuous process, as we can each always improve. Every job requires different skill sets as we tackle new challenges with people and opportunities. While standard presentations can be good, they won’t meet your leaders where they are.

The key to a successful event is pre-planning. I would never presume to know what your leaders need without talking with them and understanding where they are on their leadership journey and the challenges they are facing. But I know I can bring straight talk on leadership principles and personal growth application that will help leaders advance and tackle the tough challenges they are facing.
I honed my capability during 34 years of military and corporate speaking and training opportunities. I attended four military schools that focused on studying oral communication and giving practical application in every format. My operational and headquarters military assignments, plus now 7 years in management consulting, provided me the opportunity to brief military General Officers (GOs) and Senior Executive Service (SES) civilian leaders on a multitude of topics, facilitate many brainstorming and strategy development sessions and conduct training classes with multi-variate audiences. One training was the first DOD/EPA Region 8 Hazardous Material/Waste Training at Cheyenne WY in 1988. Attendees rated it one of the best they ever attended. I bring this experience to assist your leaders.
I am still learning and honing my craft with the Maxwell Method of Speaking. I have a speaking mentor that provides 2-4 hours of training and mentorship every week to explore the various aspects of speaking and training. Plus he provides critiques of my speaking so I continue to focus on the audience and their needs.
